Order
To purchase, kindly fill in the form at the bottom of the page with the needed information. An invoice will be send to you 24 hours upon confirmation of purchase.
After the invoice has been sent, you are required to make the payment within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result you in getting blacklisted from future purchases and the item will be released to the next available buyer.
Please do note that the items you have intended to purchase may be sold out by the time we send you an invoice, even though stated as available on the site during the time of ordering. As we are unable to keep track of our inventory all the time, the stock quantity will only be updated every few hours. We would strongly advise that you should also fill in other items you would like to purchase in case of merchandise unavailability as aforementioned.
Kindly email us at sales@chersamme.com if you do not receive our email in 24 hours. Please do check your junk and trash folder as it might land up there by mistake.
Do also note that orders will only be taken in via form format. Other methods such as SMSes will not be entertained.

-DBS/ POSB/UOB Internet bank transfer
- DBS/ POSB/UOB ATM transfer (ATM transfer customers to provide us with a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt for verification purpose)
- Interbank transfer
- PAYPAL (there will be an additional service charge of $5.00 on top of any other charges)
-Door to door services at an additional price.
Delivery
All our local parcels are being handled and delivered by Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track via Singpost website. We will not be responsible for the loss of parcels, after being mailed out through normal postage.
Normal postage charges: complimentary (free).
Registered postage charges: add $2.50 to total.
Door to door delivery: will deliver within 24hrs after payment has been made, for an additional $10.
Meet ups: Only in NUS and SIM.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES
We do not allow returns or exchange unless there have been a mistake such that the wrong item is sent out or defective when received. We will only refund or exchange for a different item only if the item of choice is sold out.
